Crafted lead tracking, pipeline management, and multi-touch marketing attribution systems from scratch with Hubspot, giving us clear insights into every stage of the customer journey. By setting up first and last-touch attribution, I was able to understand more accurately how channels were performing and where our budget was best spent. I also built out our own manual multi-touch system which allowed us to track interactions across various touchpoints and further refine our approach. Using this data, we were able to make smarter decisions on budget allocation and strategy adjustments, ensuring that our marketing efforts were always optimized for maximum impact. The detailed lead tracking and nurture flow insights also helped us enhance our overall marketing efficiency.
